The coaching I do is transformative. It’s not so much giving you tips as it is helping you see things more clearly so you can figure out, or together we can figure out, how you want to make different choices. But seeing things differently is really the secret sauce.

My approach is grounded in the iPEC coaching energy framework that focuses on who you are and how you’re showing up. Whether we focus on the same topic session after session, or explore separate topics along the way, I invariably find ways to weave intuitively themes that span multiple coaching sessions.

My style of coaching is inquisitive, genuine, intuitive, analytical, logical, compassionate, and sometimes humorous. Everything we discuss is deemed confidential by me so that you have a safe space to share and reflect.

More broadly in my career, I am a certified leadership & life coach, an educator, an active writer, and a veteran of leading and managing technical programs at world-class organizations in Silicon Valley (including Google), across the globe, and across multiple sectors (private, governmental, intergovernmental, academic).
