Life Coaching

Client either enters with a goal in mind, or we explore together based on what’s resonating or challenging in the client’s life. I don’t enter with a roadmap of topics that I presume are important to you.  That’s up to you. What we’ll do is discuss, probe, and follow the contours of a conversation to increase your awareness and identify actions where you can leverage that newfound awareness in pursuit of your goals. Then rinse and repeat as much as we deem useful.  This may be a topic thread that spans multiple sessions, or we may vary topics based on what's happening in your life each time we meet.

Example client goals might include figuring out what you want, being less stressed, communicating better in relationships, making sense of your life path, or even finding a way to express your life story.
