If you're satisfied with how you're showing up and what you’re achieving, then my coaching may not be for you.
I have two coaching niches, though I’m game to do a discovery call whenever I sense there’s good chemistry between me (coach) and a prospective client.
Niche 1: Helping Professionals Have Greater Impact
You’re skilled at what you do, but are ready to amplify your impact and/or be more comfortable in delivering on that impact.
Typical areas to focus on are communicating more effectively, navigating conflict more comfortably, delegating, trusting your team, fostering a growth environment, balancing strategy & execution thinking, interviewing better, and getting promoted.
I spent years working in the technology sector and so my work with professionals typically involves a mix of pure coaching and some mentoring.
Niche 2: Helping Anyone Find Their Internal Compass
You’re looking to carve out your own path through life, or you’re frustrated with your current trajectory — either way, you want coaching from someone not invested in your choosing any particular path.
I help you get clarity on what you want, then explore deeply to find the conviction to follow that path. We’ll look at what if anything is blocking you, including possibly conventional wisdom, and also discuss how optimizing for comfort sometimes interferes with chasing a satisfying path. At the end of the day, this is about increasing your awareness and options, not about pushing you to do anything you’re not ready to do.
Approach
My coaching approach — across any domain — is to create a conversational space where I ask thought-provoking questions, facilitate your reflection, and offer insights. Together we increase your awareness, broaden your perspective, identify patterns, and examine mindsets that may be limiting you — all in service of helping you discover a path forward that works for you.
